1) if you feel hungry in the middle of the night and craving for supper, Solution: Brush Your Teeth.
2) Craving for snacks, eat more of the dry fruits snacks but soak in boiling water first to remove excess sugar yet remains other good vitamins and fibre.
3) Acupuncture points for slimming...
