Celebrities Slimming Diet/Techniques

Watch Your Calories, one of the importance to weight loss. Dun strave yourself, eat correctly is the way to lose weight + exercise. I gotta try. Everyday eat, sleep, work make me put on XX weight in 2 years. Ahhhh scary... Cannot be lazy woman, this is also for health issues... WE CAN DO IT!!! ^0^

Great tips from the show,
1) if you feel hungry in the middle of the night and craving for supper, Solution: Brush Your Teeth.
2) Craving for snacks, eat more of the dry fruits snacks but soak in boiling water first to remove excess sugar yet remains other good vitamins and fibre.
3) Acupuncture points for slimming...
Etc....
